Norwich Belle

The Norwich Belle pictured in London Docks after she had been sold from Great Yarmouth. Notice that the bridge wing extensions which are clearly shown in Neil Cox's pictures and the second photo have been removed. I am not sure whether this was done whilst still operating at Yarmouth or after she had been withdrawn.

The bridge wings were removed in 1981 the year she went out of service.

Neil, thanks for that. I am sorry it has taken so long to reply but I have been very busy at work and have not done much on the net. Do you know if she is still in existence in Israel, unlikely I know but stranger things have happened.
