Postcard set for 6d (2 1/2p)

A set of 12 quality postcards sold for 6d
By John Layton

One way of saving money, if you had several people to send postcards to, is the postcard set.  The one here consisted of 12 cards for 6d ( 2 1/2p).  It is obviously from between the world wars, as the revolving tower, which was demolished for scrap during World War 2, can be seen in the first picture.

Only 11 cards can be found here, so obviously only one was used - does anyone know what was on the missing card?

One other point - why three similar cards of Wellington Pier Gardens and three of the swimming pool?  Surely there must have been more interesting things in Yarmouth to put on a postcard...?
