After the bombing of Great Yarmouth durring WWII many of the rows were damaged leading to the eventual demolition of many of the houses. New streets, houses and estates were built and people who had lost thier homes were rehoused in these new prefabricated buildings.

Did you live in the rows? What was it like? Were you moved into new housing and how did you feel about it? If you can answer any of these questions please click on the button below and contribute to the site.
